In response to Joe and Nester�s interest in wheeling the first weekend in August, I figured I would get the thread started. I will most likely be doing the Camp Comfort thing if anyone is interested in splitting a room. I have to get in touch with Bruce from Rausch to do a tech inspection on my jeep before the August 22 RC rocs. It shouldn�t take very long but we would probably do early in the morning before we headed out to wheel.

It appears that after the election on Jan 17 we need a trail run to remember why we are members. So come one come all ride the trails on Jan 24 during the day. LET'S JUST GO OUT AND HAVE A BLAST! All are welcome, we would like to run greens BUT that doesn't mean just those who want to run greens show up. All who want to run trails come on out. Relax -run trails- have a beer or 2 afterwards at the Comfort Inn. Hopefully we can run Sunday as well.

was posted on other forum,who is still going? i will be doing green/blue trails stock rigs welcome, low impact fun trails. i am leaving parkville at 5:15am on saturday, we will pick up straglers at the park and ride at MD439 at 6:00 plan on leaving stageing area at 9:00. we will be eating lunch on the trail. most of us are going to be at the comfort inn, a few people are going to camp(see hypothermia). please post up if you plan on attending. so we don't leave anyone behind.

So to Kentucky from Ashburn is right around 500+ miles at 8-9mpg towing with the van that means I need 55-60 gallons of gas to get down there alone 110-120 round trip that means I need somewhere around 500 bucks in fuel alone to go. That does not include hotels, food, dues to play, random crap I will buy cause if I dont find something Nick will. If I go it would have to be for at least 3 days of wheeling and 2 days driving. So I would like to leave thursday and come home monday. I'm not a 100% ...
