| How much have you got done so far Paul ? I love the idea of using Yota axles in your jeep. That and with the D300 you have a unlimited ablity of growth. Is your T-case twin stick ? Do you think that you will step up to 35's down the road? The build is looking great so far. I wish we had more TECH STUFF on the board. _________________ 2008 ADA run - Trail Master (all questions welcome)

I am going to be weld the diff cover, spring perch, and knuckle ball gussets this weekend then the front axle is ready to be completely assembled. After the axle is put together the steering and brake lines need to be finished. I think 37 IROK’s or 38 TSL/SX will be a good fit with tube front fenders and trimming the back. |

| Yeah I dig the stand. Its always cool to see the tools people make. Are you going to run lock-out hubs in the front? _________________ 2008 ADA run - Trail Master (all questions welcome)

It will be high steer arms with hiem joints on the axle. The arms that we are using are flat but look similar to these

| did not go the P.A. jeep show today to get more done on the jeep. Here's how it stands now.
installed longfields what a pain the short side slid right in the long side another story. Had to take the third menber loose cock it to one side to get the alxe to the point that I could tap it in. I understand for other toyota drivers this is a common problem. but I got them in. Long field installed.
installed Spindel rotors and hubs

Axle as it sits now

have to intall the brakes and figure out the stearing and the fount is done.
Saving the drivershaft to last not sure of what I'm doing with then yet. _________________ 81 cj7 258 HEI, MC2100,Clifford header,4WDH 4" lift, 33" tires, T-177, D300, 4:10 gears, aussie locker front and back, Toyota axles, Longfield 30 spline chromoly superaxles, BigDaddy rockers,Mastercraft seats, Full cage

| More done today Got the front brakes installed and brake lines. Took out three leafs in my springs to do a flex test to see what is going to hit. I got to put in some bump stops to keep the tie rod and drag link from hitting the frame. here are the pictures of the test.

Got to put it back together tomorrow and then start on the rear Heims order yesterday to build the stearing. _________________ 81 cj7 258 HEI, MC2100,Clifford header,4WDH 4" lift, 33" tires, T-177, D300, 4:10 gears, aussie locker front and back, Toyota axles, Longfield 30 spline chromoly superaxles, BigDaddy rockers,Mastercraft seats, Full cage
