| PT40/160DV with the turbo mod and foot pedal. I have only used the welder/plasma to insure it works. This unit would cost 962 dollars new from Parker Metalworking off Pirate4X4.com

| Does TIG welders work like MIG welders? I know that TIG is stick welding that is stronger but whats the spec on it? What thickness can it weld? _________________ 94YJ locker/spool, lifted 37" MTR's lots of cool stuff (Trail rig) 00WJ open/open, lifted 31" MTR's (curbcrawler) 84 Toyota Pickup open/welded, 33's solid front axle and rusted frame 07 FORD E350 SD (TOW VAN)

The welder should be able to weld 1/4" steel with the TIG feature and thicker with the stick welder. The TIG will give you alot of "control" when welding but is alot slower then MIG or Stick welding. |
