| I posted everything on the Meet Up site and send everyone an E-mail, we can get together around 7:30PM until close or earlier for the light weight like me. Not a Christmas party, but we could make it one when we are there. I was thinking of holding our Christmas party in January, when things get calmer and the pubs would be more incline to give a discount for the business. |

Can we start setting this up now and get some dates set. Then we can set up a formal election for board members.
If we nominate all the board nominees on the 12th it will give time for all club members to see who is willing/wanting to run for board positions. It will also give time for all the club/forum members to pay dues for this year if they want to vote.
I will be there on the 12th Emily and I have cleared that evening for this event.

| This is a social event, not a meeting for club sit down meeting. The board elections or eligible persons to run will be handle at another time and place, that will come in January and will be at a hall, where we can have a sit down meal, tables and chairs and opportunity to address issues, converting the guideline into by-laws and general club concerns. This is for fun and sharing among us some camaraderie. See your personal e-mail box for details. |
