What is going on here I thought the meetings where going to be at RC

Rob, I deleted yesterdays threads because I commented and then Nick commented back. That issue is still going on..

As for the meeting. ALL board members were aware prior to the post but "I" made a decision to have it in Bel Air because of the free hall.

1. Unfortunately, Comfort Inn does not have a meeting room. We can not have a board meeting without a meeting room.

2. I am working on getting more than one of our vendors to attend. One of them have already agreed and also agreed to bring some fantastic giveaways.

3. I agree its unfair for some to have to drive that far but unless we switch hotels, which I didnt want to do, we will have to have the other quarterly meetings during the summer outside at the park.

i know we don't have a meeting room but maybe something could be set up at the "goose" or even at sholl's family restraunt i know they are working on somehting to hold that kind of things.

I think its time for me to check out all I wana do is wheel I am tired of the politics and for me and Chuck to drive 3.5 hrs is retarded if you dont want us involved jus say

Saying I dont want you and Chuck involved is so far from facts its laughable.

I fought for you in the past and why this is now being viewed as me against you is very concerning.

You can ask the board and especially Nick the comments I made about Chuck and your involvement at the meeting and verbally to Nick on the phone.

I asked Nick if Chuck would possibly be a liason between potential Pa members.

Nick and I are currently emailing back and forth and trying to work out the issues that have occured this week. I will be the first to email to all members once we work throught this. The entire board is involved and has commented.

All that I ask is that you sit back as a neutral party and see how member and outsiders are seeing what is going on here. Will we ever agree on everything? NO.. Can we be fair and treat ALL members equal? YES..

There is alot more to the story than what is visible here. Some of the members know what I mean and they are involved. If they truely want the better for the club than they will think about their actions.

Will this work with the current members acting like they are now? NO

I truly wish everything that was going on was VISIBLE. I don't agree with all the behind the scenes actions that are occuring.

Refund and take my name off the rooster please

I have been a proud member of MRR for years. When I started it was a no BS club that had fun and was a tight nit group of wheelers that took me in taught me the ways. They made me one of there own. Over the last couple of years everything has gone down hill and not in the direction that I want to be part of. So today I say with a little bit of saddness that I'm offically with drawing from Maryland Rock Raiders. Thanks for the great times and memories.

Please remove my name and pictures from the club sites and from this day forward if you see me at RC or any other wheeling activities please do not mention my name without my permision. For those of you that will stay with MRR I have no hard feelings and if there is anything I could ever do for you please never hold back asking. I just no longer wish to be involved with the club and its politics. thank you

grand pappy says when the sh*t hits fan get the hell out of the way or your going to smell like Sh*t. Its been a god run I hope you all at least stick around for this fourm because its great to talk and B.S. with you all but the politics have gotten out of hand as with all clubs. Look forward to seeing you all on the trails. Remember its about the friends you meet on the trails and the memories shared through pics.
