Welcome Pat. Hows the old CJ going man? I knew that you and Greg would come around once we kicked out all the pussy cry babies. Sorry it took so long.

Sounds good man. Whats the new hauler? Last I saw you had that 3/4 ton Ford and the CJ.

I sold the F250, was using my bronco to haul it on the trailer for a few months, then I sold the bronco, bought a 99 F150 which hauls better than either of them did. But, then I came across this on eBay for $500. I've got a bed, and nearly mounted, I just need to build a dove-tail for it, and make some ramps, and then deck it.

I like it. What motor is in it? My grandpa and dad had a stake body truck like that when I was a kid. Will it haul one or two rigs.

Its a 370. (part of the 385 series) so atleast a 460 would bolt right up to the allison 4sp. some day. But it actually doesn't do too bad as it is. The decks only long enough for one rig, but I'm going to weld a class 4 hitch into the bottom of the dove, so if its got the guts, I could haul my trailer behind it.

Sweet keep us posted on your build. I love odd ball crawler haulers.
