I had a reeeeeeeally bad morning. Anyway, I talked to a lawyer friend of mine and he is going to represent me (pro bono) when I go to court. Out here we have that "no fault" insurance, so I won't get hit with the repairs, but the reckless and inattentive driving still go on my driving record as 5 points!!! I have had a perfect record for 20 years, so I will not take this lying down. Yes, Tico I am definately going to fight it. On a good note, my stinger survived with barely a scratch. Such as your case with this car accident. Take a picture of the stinger frontal, edge in full length, try to show that had you really driven into the van they would have sustain greater damage, and your stinger would have more paint on it from the van. You replicate the incident some how, solicit the help of the MP investigators, they might offer help.
