| looking good danny. if you came right off the top of the wood over the wheels with some thick sheet metal, wouldn't that be good enough for fenders, as long as your wheels do not hit it when you have weight on the trailer _________________ DONT FOLLOW ME!!

| Are you going to weld in a L angel frame to the deck to hold to board down or just use carage bolts? Make sure you seal the top, bottom and ends of the boards before you call it done. Sealing the boards when they are new helps extend there life. _________________ 94YJ Tera low 4:1, 4:10's, HP D44 front locked, 8.8 rear locked, 37" Truxus M/T's, custom spring over front/spring under rear, along with other stuff (Trail rig) 00WJ open/open, lifted 31" MTR's (curbcrawler) 84 Toyota Pickup open front, welded rear, 63" chevy rear springs, propane injection, 37" mtr's, 4.7:1 Tcase 07 FORD E350 SD (TOW VAN)

| I was just looking at angle at TSC but it was only 72" wide and the deck is 77" wide. They had the fenders too for about $65 each. I picked up the tires today too. When I get some free time I'm gonna go see whats been living inside the electric brakes for the last 19yrs... _________________ '01 TJ '79 F150 '04 Silverado

Danny I would say carage bolts would do the trick for the boards. Did it come with ramps? Good luck with the breaks. _________________ 94YJ Tera low 4:1, 4:10's, HP D44 front locked, 8.8 rear locked, 37" Truxus M/T's, custom spring over front/spring under rear, along with other stuff (Trail rig) 00WJ open/open, lifted 31" MTR's (curbcrawler) 84 Toyota Pickup open front, welded rear, 63" chevy rear springs, propane injection, 37" mtr's, 4.7:1 Tcase 07 FORD E350 SD (TOW VAN)

Notsure you do need them if you had metal angel holding it down. I'm not sure how they don't bow and bend. I would do bolts every three or four feet to keep them from bowing either way and angel on the ends to keep the boards from getting tore up. _________________ 94YJ Tera low 4:1, 4:10's, HP D44 front locked, 8.8 rear locked, 37" Truxus M/T's, custom spring over front/spring under rear, along with other stuff (Trail rig) 00WJ open/open, lifted 31" MTR's (curbcrawler) 84 Toyota Pickup open front, welded rear, 63" chevy rear springs, propane injection, 37" mtr's, 4.7:1 Tcase 07 FORD E350 SD (TOW VAN)

| That's kind of where my head was nester. I think it will last much longer but Bill, your trailer still looks like new so who knows. Just seems like it would be worth while doing it after all the work you put into it, it can't hurt. _________________ '92 YJ 1.5" RE SOA, 2" body, 37" Krawlers, D44 ARB, 8.8 ARB 4.88s, 4:1, Poison Spyder Hi-Steer, On-board Air
