| Would a bender with a 1 3/4 240 die be sufficient for the type of cage tubing required.
School me on tubing and required die's, PLEASE... _________________ Best Quote "BACK UP, TAKE THE SKIRT OFF AND DRIVE" ---taken from KGB/CREEPER member.

| | I don't have a bender but the die I would like to get when I get one would be 1 3/4 180 with 5.5 radius. I can't see when I would need to bend more then 180, but the 240 would be good because its there if you need it. I would get the 5.5 radius becuse it is smallest radius and could get tighter bends. I would also get one for smaller tube for fenders and such. I know a lot of people use 1.5 for exo's |

| Thanks for the info..
I guess I asked the question wrong... I wasnt sure if 1.75 was the norm for chassis components.. Seems like the consensus on Pirate is to use 1.5 for most components and 1.75 for areas that consistant contact with the rocks...
I found a nice bender at a reasonable price that has the 1.75 240 die.. I just emailed to see if it is still for sale.. _________________ Best Quote "BACK UP, TAKE THE SKIRT OFF AND DRIVE" ---taken from KGB/CREEPER member.
