| I have a 95 f150 with a tranny that slips sometimes that I would get rid of for $1200 or so if you were interested. If the tranny was fixed it would tow a little better than you zj and could be dd if the jeep broke. Though you could still wheel the zj and dd if you just used some commen since on the trail. I.e. no mud pits, stupid hill climbs, or stuff that. Just run the mild trails and make sure you have AAA. _________________ "A yahoo made dangerous with power tools" |

| I am gonna look for something that I can get historic tags on, that way I can afford the insurance. I may actually look for a beater 4 banger that I can use to get to work and back.(after I research the max mileage for historic tags) And use my jeep as a weekend machine. I have derby cars now that I get for about $100 that get 20+ mpg. Thanks for the Good idea
either way thanks for the help. I am gonna use my Cherokee to tow my dirt track cars. They are all small(Saturn's, geo metro, civics)
Thanks for all your help and the heads up on the towing, you guys saved me allot of headaches! (and added allot I now have to think about)
PS: If I could afford the $300 a month insurance on that f150 I would love to buy it, but I cant take another 300 insurance payment, then I have less fun money! _________________ 6cyl 4.0, 3.5" Suspension Lift, 31" Dunlap Mud Tires, Overhead Light Bar with 2x Fog and 2x Distance(not yet installed) |

| when you say you run derby cars, I'm guessing you run them up at arcadia? I have a buddy that runs up there almost every time they have a event. He does the stock demo one and usaly takes first or second most the time. Ive been talking about putting a car in the circle track part for a couple years now. I think this is the year i'll finaly get off my butt and do it.
Also if anyone else wants to grab up on that f150 just let me know and i'll give you some details on it. _________________ "A yahoo made dangerous with power tools" |

| I had a car to run a junk car circle track race in but I had a grand cherokee to roll in competition that weekend instead. I guess it'll sit for another year unless somebody wants to buy it. It's almost all stripped just didn't get to putting in a gas can and battery tie down in the back. _________________ '92 YJ 1.5" RE SOA, 2" body, 37" Krawlers, D44 ARB, 8.8 ARB 4.88s, 4:1, Poison Spyder Hi-Steer, On-board Air |

| I agree, and yeah I do race up at arcadia. I have placed in every race except my first when I ran the bronco and flipped that twice.
I had a website up on it, I am going to make a new one closer to the season.
We get our cars from random people whenever we can. We have access to a warehouse to store them so we can stockpile _________________ 6cyl 4.0, 3.5" Suspension Lift, 31" Dunlap Mud Tires, Overhead Light Bar with 2x Fog and 2x Distance(not yet installed) |
