ATTN: '04-'06 Unlimited Owners...

I need a little more help. I'm doing something wrong with my soft top. I tried to install my soft top just to see how it fit. Well, for some reason, the front works fine but the back sticks up a good 2-3". If I put the back in first, then the front sunrider clips are about an inch off while the header is 2" off. Am I off my rocker? I know the soft top fits because it came off an '05. I also watched the guy take the roof off and disassemble it for me.
The only thing that's not '04-'06 is the mounting bracket on the rollbar. It came off of a '97-'02 TJ. Is it the brackets? Am I a moron? (Don't answer that!) Any help is cool!

I realize that none of us are around each other but I still appreciate the help.

if you attach the front first you should be able to pull down on the rear bow ant hook the rear coner. mine will stick up about a inch. I not sure of the two the three. the sun rider clips are hook in if not this will make higher on either end.

he is asking about the stock LJ top. bestop would be way different.
