| Hey guys, we are having another Chili’s Night event on July 24th, a Thursday Night. We sure can use everyone’s participation as well as your friends and relatives. I will be posting a smaller ticket that can be handed to the servers for proper inventory of our receipts. Last time the servers had a misunderstanding about how they are to account for the tickets and thought that we got a blanket 10% and that is not the case. I can’t stand outside the door handing fliers out either, Hummmmm.....
Therefore, I will make a simple to use wallet size coupon to hand out. These will be available via the web site and the MeetUp site too. Please copy them pass them out and let's get the place loaded up. Last chili’s night netted the fundraiser $200.00 (160 of it was generated by us that could be accounted for, the other 40 dollars was provided by the Restaurant manager as a thank you.
If you need to look up the directions, look for the Chili’s at the Avenue in White Marsh Mall area. Directions are available at the meetup site.
Also, we have another Restaurant in the program: UNO's Chicago Bar & Grill located in the heart of Belair at the intersection of Business route 1 and route 24. I am still working out the details there. There will be more to follow on this. If you know of a local restaurant willing to have a profit sharing night on behalf of the club to benefit the A.D.A. please let me know. Better yet, just ask them for their program details and we can set something up there too. The more we set this up, the better the result for the fundraiser. Do it because you care and remember you can be proactive in many ways.
