Time to look for a new place

Sooo...

First the Dakota was broken into and almost hotwired...

Now my motorcycle was stolen from right next to the Dakota...

I think it is a sign to find a now home...

There are some nice homes around my area in Perry Hall!

Its a good time to buy a house. Interest rates are low and the housing market is slow. They have a lot of good deals for first time home buyers using FHA loans. I would at least check it out. home ownership is also a big tax break. Its been worth it so far for me other than I had to cut back on wheeling for the spring and summer to build my savings back up.

That sucks...


But I can't imagine you on a mortorcycle. At least when you're on the trail you have rocks to slow you down some.

Come to the Shore houses are still priced much lower then the western shore, and the crime is much lower. I dont even lock my front door most of the time and none of my vehicles are locked.

got the bike back... police called me just after i posted the videos.

They found it about 10 blocks from my house... of course it was dumped in the mud (its a street bike... not a Jeep... they stole the wrong vehicle for mud )

Of course they killed the battery (hotwired ignition which isn't hard with only 2 wires... )

Then parked it proudly in front of their house on the same street as me...

Baltimore County had no problem finding it apparently.

So i had to drive there, verify it was my bike, drive home, walk back (laurie still can't drive stick), and push it home (uphill all the way of course... darn them kids)

then got 1" kryponite cable locks (20 feet) and chained it to the axle of the Dakota...

Oh... and Danny... you know me allllll tooo well buddy

Thats why I don't let Laurie ride with me
