| i am pretty sure i am going to buy a new tire for the rear of my buggy to replace the one i cut the sidewall out of, i am running 38.5 boggers now with excellent tread left. i can get 38 inch by 14.5 new nitto muds for around 285.00 each from my tire dealer, or a new maxxis 38.5 by 14.5 creepy crawler for 350.00 each on ebay.(seems cheap for a creepy).... do you think the creepy's stick better than the nitto and is it woryh the extra money.... by looking on the internet the creepy's usually go for around 580.00 each and the nitto around 350 to 400.00....................... I WAS NOT LOOKING TO SPEND MORE THAN THE 350.00 FOR 1 TIRE _________________ DONT FOLLOW ME!!

| von i just ordered 4 of those maxxis tires today they should be here friday or monday. When i get them in you can come over and check them out. 4 or 5 people on my other board had them and said they loved them. So I figured I give them a shot since the krawlers fell through. _________________ "A yahoo made dangerous with power tools" MARR step up or step out Who me? I didn't do it and you can't prove it. | a new 38.5 x 15 bogger is around 305.00 wich sucks cause i bought them new about 7 years ago for 230.00 each (wow has prices went up), so i figure i should check other options.........i found a 38 x 12.5 new tsl on a 16.5 rim 8 lug already that would be perfect for a quick throw for on for 140.00 , but the guy is almost 3 hours away ((one way) in new jersey.... joe what are you doing with your tires you have now, are they a 16 inch rim or 17 rim and would you be willing to sell a couple of them? _________________ DONT FOLLOW ME!!

| I'm keeping them so i can get the jeep up on the trailer. The new tires with the backspacing will not fit on the current trailer. I guess ill have to get a new trailer now Von why not buy two tires for the rear and use the one bogger as a spare or just sell it off. _________________ "A yahoo made dangerous with power tools" MARR step up or step out Who me? | okay i just got my maxxis creepy crawlers today. On the side of the tire they say 38.5x14.50. I stared looking at them and thought man they look kind of small for 38.5" tires. After i put a tape measure to them i realized that they were only 37" tall. I know sometimes tires are little smaller then advertised, but 2.5"? Before i emailed the company that sold them to me I figured i better ask if this was normal for maxxis to over rate their tires. _________________ "A yahoo made dangerous with power tools" MARR step up or step out Who me?
