i want to get some h1 rims re-centered for my next set of tires... i am suppose to get them off a guy i know. just have to make time to get them
and come up with the money as well..HE HAS 4 H1 RIMS WITH METAL INSERTS FOR THE DOUBLE BEADLOCK FOR 300.00,
I THOUGHT THAT WAS AN O.K PRICE
THEN I CAN GET THE TIRES I WANT
IT'S ALL GOING TO COME TOGETHER IN TIME..... 9

Thats funny that you guys are so stuck on cup holders. Leave a open beer in a cup holder and the first thing that will happen is Von will bump something and your going to spill your beer all over your lap.

Come on Nester, don't you know that cup holders are VITAL in buggy construction? 4 jjjjjjjjjjj
I have already mastered the art of controlling 2 open bottles & not spilling them
AND not falling out of the buggy...despite being bounced around
...but you still need a place for the refill bottle. lol!

the cross bar behind the seat needs to be raised about 6 inches to give more leg room for passengers in the back. it should be even will the harness holes in the seat when is is done

PostSubject: Re: vons new buggy build   Thu Oct 07, 2010 8:30 pm

some pics of the process of chunk flipping 180 degrees
i cut the old diff cover off and i have easy access of the inside of the chunk....so i took advantage of it
i took out all the studs but 4 of them (the 2 end ones on each side)
i installed the chunk on the axle
then i sprayed some paint into the theaded holes from the inside of the axle
the result is this

here is a whole top view of where i have to drill the new holes in the chunk

now it should be as simple as redrilling the holes properly and re-installing the chunk
