Oct 20th Rausch?

Hey guys, been a long time! Just wonder'n who is heading up to Rausch on Oct 20th and possibly 21st?
As of now I am planning to head up.

thats the practice weekend for the comp at Rausch. So depending on how it works out some will be heading up to wheel and others will be heading up to get ready for comp.

I thought that weekened is all trail riding and the following weekened is the prac. for the comp course? Either way i'll be up both days next weekened wheeling.

Are they only allowing the comp guys to practice that weekend (20th and 21st)?
If they are allowing both the comp pratice and trail rides, those that are going up to trail ride, let me know I would like to hook up with you.

i could be wrong but either way the park is not closed that day but i'm sure the comp area will be closed except for those signed up by the comp dead line.

comp dead line is the 21st.

Bruce ask me to post a request for judges and score keepers. If anyone is interested please let me know so that I can contact him accordingly. If Joe is not entering as a contestant, I am available as a spotter otherwise I will become a judge.

There is some training to be done and the judges need to know the rules and stuff.

I signed up a while ago and will be there for the training on Sunday (21) and Wheel'n on Sat (20)

the park will be open as usual. the comp practice is only on sunday at 10a.m. and will not interfere with the parks normal operation other than the comp course being closed to non competitors.

i will be there Sunday to wheel and maybe watch some of the practice. i look forward to it, hey bill, you said you were competing right

I was to compete with randys bronco but it has since met great carnage with a tree. he is having it repaired but it may not be fixed in time. I thought about taking mine in but I have to buy a seat and harness. Still thinking about it though. Hopefully the bronco will be repaired in time.

We are looking to go up to wheel the weekend of the 20th also!!! We are open to both days.

Did Nester install the seats I gave him yet? I can get you a harness before then to use if you want too..

I was talking with him last night as he was trying to install them.

Did install them but I was thinking about pulling them out due to lack of comfort and I'm not ready for harnesses. I'm starting to think you need to be fairly skinny to enjoy these seats. I'm prayin that the Bronco is ready by then.

I'll buy a new seat then if you can hook me up with a harness. that would be awesome. I'll likely just weld in a bar and block the back seat so I have something to hook the harness to.

Let me know about your seats nester, mine is broke.

I told you those seats were crazy. Imagine me being in them...LOL..


I will call the guy back tonight and try to pick up this saturday.

Bruce has given me the following details:

"Tico, we are having a practice day for guys signed up as well and judges on OCT21st and then the comp is the 10th of Nov. We would ask for those judging to be there early on the 10th (like 7am) for a meeting with the head marshall for the judges. We are going to have a real nice raffle of prizes that day and we will give some free passes, lunch and some RC apparel for taking the time to Judge.
