| Yeah I don't think that is going to happen. Atleast not in Maryland. PA does it though. Maryland is normally only a few steps behind California and they have gone as far as to regulate small engine emissions, and the average person only cuts their grass 30 hrs a year. But it would be great if they would pass it. |
