Rausch Creek June 28 29?

I have found some interest to go to RC the last weekend of June. Right now i have My KJ my dads LJ, and 2 or 3 more KJs. I have posted about this run on a few other forums and hopefully get some interest. We will be mostly running intermediates. Any interest?

We will be wheeling june 21 n 22 and camping at echo valley runing blacks and red and whatever else

KJ is a Liberty. . . It has a few mods but can only handle easy to intermediates. for now

I don't know about that. I've seen the liberty do black trails before. So the limitation is not in the vehicle but instead in the drivers willingness to take body damage. I'd like to be a test driver for jeep and put the trail rated badge to the test. maybe put a scale to the trail rated vehicle badge. Lets say the new jeep is trail rated level 3 and the cherokee is trail rated level 2 or something like that. kinda like ratings for white water rapids with level 5 being the most extreme trail rated vehicle. I know they wouldn't do it because the stock jeep wouldn't have a very good trail rating, rubicon would do ok but not level 5 trail rated. "trail rated" is so generic and doesn't really say anything.

Body damage i don't mind. My only problem is ground clearance and not having lockers

Trust me when I say Ground clearance and Lockers are not going to keep body damage away. I have seen a couple of guys almost total there on green and blue trails. A level head and good eye is what you need.

I just want to run some trails before i go to iraq. I am more looking for something intermediate with a little bit of a challenge. I have never ran at RC before, my dad has in his 05 LJ but doesn't know his way around there very well. . . I have some interest from a few other forums and just trying to get some more rigs and knowledge on the trail. . . It doesn't even have to be on those days, anything after june 15 and before 4th of july is good for me. . .

I'll be ridding on the 15th of June, a Sunday after the Adams Jeep Jam, one of our club sponsors.

Here is the game plan, do the Jeep Jam from 9 to 3PM, head out and ride to the Comfort Inn at Pine Grove, spend the night and have breakfast at the Gooseberry Truck Stop. Then make sure the rig is full of fuel and meet up at the Park by 8:30 and on the trail by 9 AM. Anyone wanting to meet me there, is welcome. I will most likely be in my Grand Cherokee and that means Green and light blues.
