THEY MUST NOT BE LOOKING AT EVENTS AROUND THE AREA, BECAUSE HERE THEY ARE AGAIN USING MY DATE FOR THE ADA TO HOLD THIER EVENT. I AM SORRY BUT I AM NOT CHANGING MY EVENT DATE TO ACCOMADATE THIERS. LAST YEAR THEY PLANNED IT ON OUR ADA DATE AND THEY ARE DOING IT AGAIN. THEY ALSO SET UP THE JUNE EVENT ON THE SAME DATE FOR THE JEEP JAM! OUR GIRLS FUN RUN NAME FROM LAST YEAR TOO.

| heh, he says its always the same weekends but last year was the exception due to the way the weeks fell. Big Dogs has been around a lot longer and is more well known than the ADA run. Its not about who establishes what date this year first. If you don' t want to compete with such a large event that you know is going to happen then you have to wait for their schedule to come out and plan around it. If you really feel that your event is going to draw away from Big Dogs then go for it. You really got to advertise it this year and not just on the rausch creek web site. Got to spread the word via all the jeep forums as well and get your prizes early to advertise them. without good prizes or food or something to draw them in it will be tough. Might want to get help planning this as well.

Tico if you really cared about the ADA you would say "hey I can't compete against something like Big Dogs and get a great turn out. Maybe I should change the date so everybody can attend both events". Sides is the ADA your event or the clubs. If your really serious about the round table thing and not a dictatorship, this would be a good thing to throw out for discussion.

| In Tico's defence he only has certain weekends that he can choose that were available at Rausch. But then again a simple call to John Hunt would have answered the date question since we knew it would be a conflict. I think always is the 3rd weekend in sept.

| Tico you need to Email Bruce and explain whats going on. Your going to have another short turnout this year if you don't move the event. People understand the cause and want to help but this is a major event that people wait all year for. I skipped it last year to support the club but the 3 hour ride PA is getting old and I'm not missing out on any wheeling that is 40 minutes from my back yard. Please do not try to draw the line in the sand with this event. Its January the event is another 9 months away and I'm sure that something can be done.

| All your advisment is taken seriously and appreciated, I agree, the focus is the results of the event vice the stand fast of the date. I am glad I haven't send anythinf out yet and the web page advertisement can still be modified.
I am serious about the round table and we will have an opportunity to address it at Gill's. This club began with "it's my club and has groen to be our club" thanks to you guys. I do appreciate every effort and gesture every offers and does, thanks. You guys help me stay on track and out of trouble, most times that is, LOL.
As for the large letter, Damn that key pad, I keep forgetting that the cyber world interpits everythign different. I had this issue with Randy on a message, Man did he chue my out!.... I was angry, but that is spilled milk. Ok I am adjusting the date back to our second weekend of the month. See you guys soon..
