D44 HP housing

Thats it I'm looking for a Dana 44 HP out of a late 70's F250. All I need is the housing but if there is more thats fine. thanks

there is one at the junk yard on rt 1 at the PA line. Its at the same junk yard I got mine and I paid $250 but my bother got a d44 for $150 from there, and they pulled it for him. he is better at haggling than I am. I don't have the number but I will see if my bother has it, if you want it.

My brother gave me this number, 410-658-4844. The problem is he is not sure if it is the right one. There are three junk yards that are owned by the same guy. They are banks auto recycling. all are on rt 1. The one where the truck is just over the PA line and used to be called mason dixson junk yard. If its not the right number they can give you right one. They might ask you where the truck is. It is, If you leave the office and go to the right, go to the first row of ford trucks on the left, the truck was close to the begining on the right. I believe it was right next to a tree and is blue. This was about a month ago that I saw it, The only reason I took a mentel note of where it was, was beacause I remember you looking for one but forgot about it before I made it home.

Talk to Twisted Willys (Dave) he is a mechanic and may be able to locate one near hagerstown.
