| So I'm looking for a Dana44 Ring and Pinion for a HP 44 out of a 78-79 F-250. If anyone has a lead on one for cheap please let me know. If not I'm going to order a new set by next monday.

| i think you are in luck, i pull the 4.10 gears with carrier out of the ford hp d44 axles in my jeep when i put my 5.13's in. i will check for them. i also had the d 60 r+p from the rear with carrier

| i found them, now to find the ratio, i count the ring gear teeth and divide the pinion teeth into it. is that right

| i will find out, the d60 has clutches in the carrier. so it is probably a limited slip

| IF they are stock gears they are prob 4.10 gears. I think I may pass on them until I see how this thing runs without the gear change.

| yes they are 4.10 gears.i have the carrier with the spidergears and r+p. and the d60 parts as well..... when did you want to get them.... you guys can have them for the low low price of $0000. i know if you all had something i needed you would help me out.

| they are in my garage at my house. i will mark them and put them right inside of the smaller side entry door next to my garage door. i do not know what times are good for you but i will leave my garage door unlocked for you. if i am not there. i will pm you back, thanks. maybee you can check the buggy out while you are there
