yes this is going to race and compete so i need the lightness and strength. Nestor (Nester), will make a deal on the alcans and the belly plate . Also need 63" chevy springs for the rear right now.

Comp is a waste unless you building a full out comp rig. So you better just get 60's or build toyota 8's to the hilt. Also I would waste time with the 63" in comp setting cause the departure angles suck ass if your not running 40's. Let me know about that belly ban you got if it works for a doubler I'm all over it. The alcan's might work for me if the are double wrap but not sure if I want to mess with that since the setup I have seems to work and flex well as is.

make sure you have a backing for it. its to flexible with out it.

Do you need to back it with plate or with a good frame structure?

most people plate the back with 1/8" but you could probably get by with a frame if the gaps in between brases aren't to much.

alright headed out to MO. this week to pick up the 60's. Bill i am also picking up a sm465, 205 combo from a chevy....not sure if that helps you in your build but i'll prob not use the tranny or tc....not sure yet......nestor picking up those toys next week also......so the time is near to start cutting and welding the coilovers and airshocks showed up today 9 now just need to find tubing, tires and wheels
