Yep it's that time again.
1. Repair ARB for the LAST TIME
2. Fix front differential leak
3. Repair track bar mount - DONE
4. Replace hydraulic fitting on steering, bent.
5. New CB antenna and mount.
6. Install front bump stops.
7. ARB dash switch mount
8. Remove 2nd battery to install in CJ.
9. Install Poison Spyder front tube fenders.

I have the fenders lying on my garage floor waiting for install. Only problem the PSC site is down since they shut down their business. I think I may have downloaded the instructions at work, if not I'll just wing it.

Yeah for something like that I would wing it. I know its looks like a simple install.

found the instructions. I actually printed them off to read them about a month ago and had them at the clinic. They are going on this weekend after I install bump stops in the front.

OK installing front tube fenders sucks. Lots of cutting and grinding and cutting and then I remembered I have a plasma cutter. Went much faster after that and after making a bold adjustment to my original cuts. The tube fenders were too long, by 1" on teh drivers side and 3/4 inch on passenger side. Might have something to do with bashing the fenders on logs. anyway if I adjusted the grill out it would stick out past the hood so I cut them suckers in half and took out as much as needed and welded them back together. We'll make em fit! I got pics but won't post them til I'm done. both fenders are cut, welded and ready to paint, jeep is ready for the install now. tomorrow I'll paint the fenders and bolt them in...easy as that right?

no more plastic fender flares. The plan is to build some tube flare extensions similar to the rear and tie it into the slider, we'll see. I have to do something to keep rocks/mud from being thrown up into the cab, got to protect the occupants. Adding to it is the easy part. I need to buy some more tubing and when the rear end parts come in I need to give the jeep a bath before I do much more. Couldn't go to the car wash making just right hand turns with the broken track bar. lol!
