| where does the trail end. Is it lost during the main transport across the country or is it lost when they get ready to put it on the trucks to ship it to your house? | |

| I have a friend who told me about this type of incidents with UPS when they cam to Baltimore, a bunch of corrupted people in receiving where targeting parcels coming from a particular jeweler, well the item would be insured so they would pay for the damages, but then for some reason these item would show up on e-bay for sale or the local UPS would sell them as unclaimed items. An investigation ensued and it became a major class action suit to the tune of 3 million dollars or so. Call the states attorney find out if anyone else has been short shipments and do some research you might have a major suit in the making again. It doesn't relieve your loss, but it will give you direction. Sorry to hear about the short comings. | |
