there is a bill that will be voted on in fairview township york county slated for tomorow night at 7:00 pm i will be leaving my house at 5:00 this bill if passed could set apresident for closeing down motorized recreation in other parts of PA like Rausch creek,or Rock run.
you don't have to be a lawyer or politician, just someone opposed to this bill the more people who show up tp squash this the less likely it will pass.

the world is coming to a end i say screw all the law makers thats some bs. no one can have fun anymore . thats just my opionion.

VICTORY......The ordanance was tossed out by the township supervisor after he received a ton of feedback from the people of Fairview township.
ther were so many ohv users present at the meeting that we couldn't all fit in the room.
the owner of the local grochery store spoke during the public comments, and said that the way that he handles problems with his neigbors is to talk to them directly, to try and reach a compromise that they can both live with. this was met with aplause from the crowd.
to resolve the issue the township supervisor is going to host a meeting with the three property owners involved in the original dispute to come to an agreement that will be agreeable to all partys..
