| With the addition of a board in 2009 I hope to see a Events Director position. I was thinking about how nice it would be to have a booth at the comp's since we have atleast two major competitors in the competition.
Wouldnt it be nice to have the MRR booth set up right in the comp area and have the Adrenaline Jeep and the Grateful Red right there representing the club?
I have the large tent already and all we need is a couple tables and chairs.. this way we as a club can help our competitors get ready and also a place for our members to hang out at during the comp.

| That sounds like a great idea. We could do that for the Rock Race next year as well. I will be entering the Mud Bandit provided it all comes together as planned. | |

| I am certain that Jeff would not mind a trade - booth posts his logo someplace in exchange for a door sized MRR logo on the adrenaline jeep. I think that Chris is talking with Jeff about sponsorship next season as well - makes things easy having the same sponsorships.
Might be worth making a full door magnetic decal for the comps if exposure is what we are looking for. Would be nice that way because we could make sure that the magnetic logo made the final standings poster no matter which jeep made the podium. Case in point Grateful Red is on the poster for next year in my third place podium spot. Hats or helmet decals are fine by me too. I am certainly not above a bit of commercialism for the club.

| I seem to recall Lynne offering space in the pit area for competitors to set up. If that is still true, all we would need is a sun shade that we could print the MRR logo onto...
That area was on the back side next to the jeep-see-saw dohickey.

| When i said tent, I meant sun shade. The thing is huge.
If we make this work, then this would be the place to have the MRR table set up with flyers for the 2009 ADA run and other events we plan to have. This way we get as much exposure to all clubs and individuals who attend the comp events.
We need to have a photo board created also.
