Liability and Indemnity Agreement Waiver Form

All new members joinning this club and who wish to ride with us, must sign this liability and Imdemnity Agreement and turn it in to the trail guide designated for that run, event coordinator or safety director. In order to protect the interest of the membership this is mandatory.
