| just found out that after moving my axel forward that the pitman arm now hits my tie rod. So I need a shorter style pitman then the 5 or 6" one that the zj has. | |

| I thought that might happen. I went to a stock, no drop, pitman and it helped. You could cut the one you have and reweld it and then reinforce it externally in WV style(just add more metal until its strong enough). | |

| talked to kat and it looks like I need a stock yj pitman arm. From her measurements it looks like the yj one has 2.5" of drop stock, compared to the 4.5" on the stock zj one.
Also nester i stuck with the hydro assist just so I would still have steering if something went wrong. | |
