What is wrong with the one you have? I'm guessing it leaks. If thats the problem they sell a product called seal all that will take care of that. If its the pump they sell new pumps. Now if the thing is destroyed then yeah you might need a new one.

It leaks. I put silicone on it months ago and thought that fixed it but apparently not cuz when I filled it up, half the bottle came back out in a slow drizzle. I just caught it in a bucket & put it back in the bottle.

Just take your windshield off...problem solved. Then again, with no fluid you can't spray your passenger.

Its called "seal all" and they sell it at most auto parts stores. I used it on my gas tank and two years later it still works. Silicone is good but doesn't always bond to plastic with a true waterproof seal.

you need to melt the plastic back together first along the split and then use that seal all

Hmmm - the split is tiny...a seam came apart. I wonder if melting it alone will do the trick.
