Atlas 2 is making noise. Sounds like it's not quite in gear when I let off the gas. It doesn't make noise in 2wd. In 4wd when Accelerating there is no noise but let off or barely partial throttle and it sounds like it's barely in gear. Send it back for rebuild or live with it?

I don't think the link will help you but it might. I would suggest to call AA, and see what they have to say, if you haven't alreay done that already

This is what the link said:
Check you driveshaft angles. The noise you are hearing is gear rattle from the u-joints not operating at the same angle/phase. The rattle that goes away under load is a classic diagnosis for this noise. Are you running a CV joint, and is the driveshaft running at a really steep angle?
If its a rattling noise it usually happends at around 55mph- and when your just cracked off the gas (on a float) if yours is like this then its an angle issue not the atlas- Jess
Sounds just like the noise I'm having.
