| Anyone planning on going to the Carlisle show/swapmeet Aug. 3rd-5th? R/C is setting up a crawl area and it's a major big show. | |

| Actually, Bruce had invited our team to come up and play on the rocks, but he wnats people with 35 or better, locked front and back, to minimise damage and provide a good show representing Rausch Creek. I belive he said he will cover the cost on the entry and food/water. It's a great deal. I might go if I am not working by then. Time to find a job and make some mula. Let me know where you wanna meet and the details.
It was great seing you this weekend, your rig is Awesome! You did a great job restoring it and making it a unique rock krawler. See the pictures posted on the MeetUp site. | |

| How do I contact bruce? I tried the general email to R/C and have not heard from Bruce yet. I'm not locked in front but if he see's the rig he'll probably be ok with it. Plus it seems to be a crowd pleaser. Kinda stands out in a crowd | |

| Ok, I'm goin' for all three days. I plan on being there when the gates open. Sounds like a good time. I've been there in the past as a spectator and it's been cool. Those 18wheelers are pretty impressive. To think they spend all that money on show stuff and drive them cross country every week through rain snow and everything else(at least most of them) and then spend the time cleaning something that big for a show is very impressive! | |

| Ok, here's what I have. I actually have a NP205, np241,np207,Th350 that needs rebuilt, and a good 700r4. I also have available a np203. the trouble is in the gear ratios: 350,205, 5.13:1 diff.s = final raio of 21.847:1 700r4,205,5.13's =39.558 but requires teardown of transmisson to replace the $150 shaft. Now I run only a 41.636:1 ratio wich is to high already. The set up seems to be the 700r4,203 as a doubler, then the 205. With the trans rebuild the doubler kit and some metal for crossmembers thats about $1500.00 at best. It's gonna sit for a while! The good thing is I will end up twin sticked and a ratio around 90:1 I think. Any one know who I could just get lower gears from for the 205? Got any other ideas for what I have? Good deal on the doubler kit? I love this hobbie!? | |
