Lets try and turn this into our meeting. Can enough of us make it? If there's any interest I'll create a poll and we'll try and get a good grasp of who could attend.

quick question as I missed the big meeting and dont know if it was covered - in the past the group had the second weekend of the month as a standard club run. I notice this is a club run and not the second weekend. Will there be a standard club run weekend or will it be a floating date?

The set date didnt seem to work very well for most. Originally we had good turn out but then it got to the point were no one was showing up including the original planners some times.

We now have the calendar and we are planning/talking/changing the meetup to be utilized for the trips also.

Our goal is to get members to post up and create trail rides and get involved. If there is a rsvp tool than we can track who is going and see if certain weekends of the month are better than others.

I think Bi-monthly scheduled trail rides might get higher number of participants. Not everyone can wheel every month. There are alot of big events throuhout the summer wheeling season so monthly usually doesnt work.

We can continue to try new things and see what works better.

OK i see - last year was easy for me - just wrote second weekend as busy when the year started so family would work around it. that way I could hit about half.

one reasons this 3rd weekend was choosen was because the 14th was Lovers day and I figured most people would want to spend time with their mates else where. However, like Matt said, there are a lotof growing pains going on now with the new administration of the club and their attention is being pull in every one directions. It's all a work in progress. I hope to be out there the 21st with who ever else is going. Most likely in the Green Winnie (the Grand Cherokee).
