Ill look at it first thing tomorrow after work. But I'm pretty sure it was dry.

But even with something a small as that, I'm goin to try and drive 9-10hrs to pick up a yota, I should have no problems with that right?

Well I cleaned eveything off yesterday after I took the pics so I could get a good look at the problem today. Drove it about 30miles(Probably less just rounded up) And this is all I saw

Problem with my dodge P8250004
Problem with my dodge P8250003
Problem with my dodge P8250002
Problem with my dodge P8250001

If you can see it in the first pic, theres a very thin layer of it, then a clump of it lookin ready to drop to the right. The last owner said he just replaced that seal (If my memory serves me correct) So what else could it be.. IF ANYTHING.

Past that how hard of a fix? Or how much to fix. I dont have any tools or a place to work so I'm kinda screwed.

It does look like a new seal

see link

all you need is a wrench to take the drive shaft off at the axle then just pull the yoke out of the t-case. Then tap the seal out with a hammer and a flat head. install new seal carefully with a block of wood and a hammer, re-install drive shaft. You can rent special tools from most auto parts stores and it doesn't cost anything. Put money down then get it back when you return the tools. only space you need to work on it is under the truck.
