I saw that, its sad what people will sue over in America. Now can we put a class action law suit against the tire company's for selling tires that don't measure up to the labeled size?

Duhhh.. what's why it's a Dana 35!! only good for 35" tires.. You need a Dana 44.. then you can run 44's!

If anyone can figure how to sue yardman for the guard not stopping the piece of metal that got stuck in my leg i'll buy everybody new rigs you can say it ruined my leg modeling carreer lol!
