Dan58 from creepers knows a lot of this place and may be of some help deciding. they have a post about the place as well.

The rates are $35/person/night (minimum of 6 people or $210) with a $200 deposit
The place is really great for a group.

Lake Lodge is another option that is available. I'm waiting for a response on rates. She wanted an exact number of our party which we don't have yet. This is only 5 minutes away from Rock Run.

Just found out that the Black level ride is full and they have a limited number of spaces so the earlier we can pre register for the blue level trails the better.

Are we doing a collective registration or individual registrations? Let's get a list together and send it in.

I want to get an exact number. I'm gonna call Joe tonight and see if he is good to go. Tico, i was also planning on giving you a call then to get your input. So far it's Bill and passenger, Nicki and I, Matt and ? that are committed.

I plan on going too/o-passangers at this time, However, it's also up to my rig if it's up and running by then, I am hopeful. I will check with Paul Sobwick, Matt Elick, Von and Jon and maybe Butch. they need to have time to plan.

Not at all. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone running 37s and up with a spare anyway. If you cut one, it's a piece of cake to get you out to a gravel road.

I believe Nick is reserving the cabin, We need to send a list in ASAP so they can reserve a spot. the upper level trails are already full.

To register for one of our trail rides, please include your name, address, phone number, trail selection, club (if applicable) and general vehicle specifics to dan58@marylandcreepers.com. The cost is $25/day plus $5 for passengers. Primitive camping is $10, and you must notify us 1-week prior to camping. Staging for trailrides begins at 0900, with a short drivers’ meeting following.

I'm Bailing out of this run, sorry! Work and money the two biggest pain in my rear! Have fun, I'll see about Novembers.

Everyone send in their own registration. I just sent mine in. under trail selection make sure to put Oct 25-26 blue/black trails. get it in quick so we can get a spot. space is limited so do it NOW.
