| there a shop on blair road nere northerparkway can't thing of the name. I think it bill and earls transmission. Constellation get their transmission work done there. I use them once but my boy total the car after thirty days so I don't know how long it would of last but they did buy back their trans after it was total more than I would ever get for the car. hope this helps | |

| thanks for the info paul but I've had some probs with bill and earl in the past. I was told by some mechanics that glenburnie transmissions is one of the best around and do most of the sub work for a lot of local shops when it comes to tranny work. They quoted me $1400 for a bench rebuild compared to jasper who wanted $2100 for a exchange. Do you all think 1400 sounds about right for a rebuild. | |

| That what I paid for the escort trans to be rebuild about 5 years ago. but they did all the work. | |
