"In its place sits a spare 37-inch tire which is clamped to the 17-inch wheel, again, all the better for rock crawling. As Allen explained, rock crawlers often deflate their tires, and need them clamped so they stay on the wheel. You can’t see it here, but there’s a Detroit Tigers logo in the center of the spare." I would bet that is the shade of orange -- http://detroit.tigers.mlb.com/index.jsp?c_id=det

Creamsicle Orange? Just kidding. That's a cool color. You'd never have to worry about losing it in a parking lot!

| Answer finally. Tico evidently sent a letter to JP magazine asking them the color of the jeep on the front cover we spoke of. Their reply was Kabota Orange, same as what is used on their tractors. Now, where to find the paint. | |

| Find a tractor dealer that sells Kabota parts. They will sell touch up paint that you can take to a PPG paint dealer that can match it. You could look up your local Maaco shop and have them match it and do a cheap paint job. | |

Yeah sounds like a good idea. Tractor supply does sell the paint but their online store showed just the canned spray paint version. I did find the paint codes online. Got to get it on the road first though .

| I wont' be ready for it until mid summer but I will keep it in mind. I will likely get the code and go to Maaco for a cheap paint job | |
