| Also I got the rear 60 fully installed today except for the drive shaft. I had some old shocks of matts that were for jeeps with 4" of lift and its to big. some I'm guessing i could almost get away with a stock jeep shock or something a little bigger. | |

| been a little bit since i've updated but worke has picked up so i've been working as much as I can before it slows up for the summer. Anyway I ve been getting a few small things done but i finally got around to installing the psc pump and did a test run on the ram. Every seems to work great, so I'm guessing i tapped the box in the right spot. Anyway to take care of the cooling for the hydro assist, I rigged up an old tranny cooler i had. I'm waiting for a small fan to come in that I ordered from summit that will be bolted to that and wired to a switch. | |

| Don't know how you get away without hitting the pitman arm. On the CJ I'm putting the tie rod behind the axle to avoild hitting anything. We'll see how that goes. I had to move my track bar up on the YJ due to hitting, built a new bracket that went tight up against the frame on the inner side i believe. | |

| I have plenty of clearence on the pitman and even clear the oil pan. Only funny thing is that another guy with the same set up except for the 40" ltbs but and clayton long arms has probs with the truss hitting the oil pan on his zj. | |

yes, from the back of my container We orginally purchased it to make pins for a dump truck but decided to use something else. As for the steel you can get what ever size/shape you want from the steel stores around here. I use metal express but there are a few closer your way I think. | |

| nester you hit that right on the head. To be honest I haven't even pulled it off the trailer yet from big dogs. I'll probley begin to lay into it this week to get it ready to tear it back down again. Usally after an event i'm so sick of the damn thing I don't even want to look at it. I'm hoping to have it ready for the jeep show but the dead line is the end of july when I'm supposed to head out to harlan with a bunch of other grocey getters including the guys from trucks with the zj they built. The to do list as of now 1. weld on new J.J. to lower CA 2. re weld up new UCA 3. install new hydro lines 4. retain lower part of front coils 5. retain upper rear coils 6. rear bump stops 7. new rear shocks 8. instal 4.10 gears 9. weld up rear 10. install yj pitman 11. figure out what to do with front track bar bracket. 12. some wiring issues 13. figure out why motor runs ruff at an idel sometimes. I'm sure there's alot more that i'll find once i knock the dirt off and begin to tear it down once again. | |
