| Just a heads up as I'm sure everyone who watched the news has heard about this. Over the last day or so, the 30yr mortgage rates for well qualified borrowers has dropped into the 4's for only the 2nd time that I have seen in my 12+yrs of doing this. The 15yr was actually at 4 flat yesterday for a bit! This is GREAT news for anyone that was thinking of buying a home or refinancing their current home. For first time home buyers, there is also a big tax credit if you buy in 2009 from what I've read. In short, this is as good as it's gonna get... Anyway, I just wanted to give you all the heads up as this is a little more than my normal rate alert that I send out from time to time. Please call me with any scenarios you would like worked up. Thanks all, and have a great day. Ryan Lowry 410-670-7025 Rlowry@mdmutual.com | |

That is accurate I believe. Between the credit, house prices being way down, and rates being this low, you would be hard pressed to have EVER seen a better buyers market imho....values aside, refi's too. Regards, Ryan Rlowry@mdmutual.com 410-670-7025 | |
