You could make one your self. I use diamond place and stock steel alot.
I get my tubing and plate metal from Boulevard steel. Elkridge just off of 100. 410-796-9370

You could use some 3/8 plate, have them cut it to size. drill your holes and paint as desired

Here is a link to the A to Z winch mount. I run this on my TJ w/ the Warn 8000 and I like it alot. Did you get the little mounting bracket for the winch solenoid? That's like an extra $11 from Warn.... I don't know why it doesn't just come with the winch.

I have a universal winch plate that has never been installed. I believe it will fit your TJ. Let me know if you are interested and I'll try and figure out how to put a pic of it on here. $40

not trying to piss off jimmy, but you can buy metal at access metals in golden ring, and it is not pre-rusted 410-687-2424

I have plenty of metal lying around the farm and in shop on the farm. (most of it already pre rusted) lol! Problem is I have no idea how to make a mounting plate...I am a moron when it comes to that kind of stuff and most other things as well.

for a tj i would bolt to the 4 top bumper bolts, and the 2 front swaybar bolts. then just drill the holes to bolt the winch on. weld 2 small tabs for the fairlead.
