Well I made a few phone calls today and ended up with the owner of pitbull tire I have his number and have to call him 2moro.. The 34in thing is just not cuting it. Traction wise they are unreal. I will keep yous informed what happens..

Randy called me today asking about your tires. He is seeing what he can do about getting this fixed as a dealer. I gave him your number so he can talk to you directly.

Ok 8:00 tonight I got a call from Mike aka owner of pitbull tire he is a awesome guy jus like us he said you are rite these tire are wacked up they should measure 36.5 when mounted. They had a bad batch of just that size. He is sending me a set of 39in Maddogs then I have to send my rockers back to him he is paying all shipping. He says guys are claiming the maddogs work better then the rockers. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DO YOU GET THIS SERVICE FROM "BFG"

I was shocked when Rob told me the outcome. It's really sweet to hear when somebody backs their product 100%. For the owner of the company to call from his personal cell phone and take time to stop at nothing to make sure rob was happy is impressive.

I like spreading the word about service like this because it can be hard to find. The guy spent about 20 minutes on the phone with Rob and it's really great to know how much the guy cares about his product.

I don't think you'll find this type of service out of any of the big tire companies just because of the size of these companies. Pit Bull is small yet and this type of service should ensure their success.

Also, Randy, you're the man!! You really made this issue recognized and forced some sort of response out of them. I'll surely be looking to you for any parts I need in the future. You're a hell of a guy!

AWESOME! I was suprised to hear from Randy from Indiana and that he was working on this while visiting family. I get everything I can from him cause I know he will treat me right. 39" maddogs are sweet!
