| Decided to rebuild the ax-15. Picked up a shop press today, rebuild kit came in the mail friday. I left the YJ on the trailer and that made working on it very easy. Plus i can move it out of the garage when Nester comes up next weekend to finish the cage. Only had 3 hours to work on it sunday evening but I was able to remove the oil pan and belly pan skid, removed the exhaust, shifters, driveshafts, transfer case and finally wrestled the ax-15 off the motor. Tranny did puke on my belly pan this past trip. Rebuild will be next weekend, i do have a shop manual to help. | |
