Ok... being new to the area I wanted to poll the collective knowledge of everyone.

I am looking for a junk yard. I prefer the U-pull it type... more of a scavenger hunt that way, plus you see the condition of the vehicle the part is coming from, and it give me practice to take it off before I tackle it on my own.

I know of Crazy Ray's. Any other suggestions?

I don't mind driving a few hours to get there... especially if it is a nice day and I can put the top down cheers .

Preferably someplace that has lot's of jeeps too...

The phone book and superpages.com are not helpful at all. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions.

Thanks.

Tony

Crazy Ray is a great guy with a great yard. Spent some years selling him all his junkers at the Baltimore City Abaondoned Vehicles Auction. Well, Paul did the selling, I just took his money. Very Happy

Haven't been over to his yard for a while but he has a great reputation.

Just my $.02

You can try calling B&H aka Junkyard Jerrys in Elkton (Cecil County) to see what they have. I'm not sure but Mars junkyard might still be open.
