Eric I would still like you to come by to look at our cabinet situation. Elva is pulling her hair out trying to find places to put everything in these crappy cabinets.

Yeah I will come out there soon. I might be able to come out there sometime this weekend. The limits are endless with kitchen cabinets. Tell Elva to make a list of problems that she has with the cabinet and that way she will have a clear list of items to talk about. Then I will be able to give you guys options of what we can do.

Old house has a contract! Hopefully it will go through inspection smoothly through USDA and we will be able to have just 1 mortgage payment again.
