| You are not going to like the lack of vertical seperation (possible negative seperation on the front) on the frame side. | |

| Is that cause the upper control arms are so much shorter than the than the lowers? Why not just a 3 link front? Von I hate to sound like I'm raging on you but dude how many pieces of metal make up any one of your front control arms? Last time you did this I remember you with a high lift trying to bend them back straight. I understand the budget friendly build. Please understand when I look at that this first things that come to mind are safety and the head ache of one of them bending or breaking ( I don't care how good you or anyone weld). Aside from the front control arm materials and lay out I like the direction this is going. With the extra seats and Kats required comfort mods this new rig be named the thingamalimo. | |

| I think he said they were from his old rig and was just using them till he could afford good ones. But agreed the sooner there replaced the better. | |

| On the front frame side the upper looks like it is mounted lower then the lower mounting point. This is going to make the rig feel very tippy. Even by just reving the engine it is going to lean. I would try to raise the upper so its 4" higher then the lower. Same with the rear. | |

| i have to take a good look at the mounting........i was trying to keep the arms tucked up above the frame to keep them from getting caught on things or damaged....to keep my ground clearance higher......i can always change their position later if it does not feel right. the lower arms ON THE FRONT are reused from the old rig until i get new joints and tubing $$$$$.......LIKE JOE SAID.... i still have allot of thing to do....which includes welding everything on the entire rig again, alot of tack welds to go over

| thinga'ma'limo is a good name. It is long as hell & getting in it (especially in the back) is like climbing on a jungle gym. But once inside...ahhhhhh very comfortable. Maybe the cup holder should be changed to a champagne chilling bucket. (just kidding - I don't like champagne) | |

| i have a 10" single ended ram w ram mount and steering arm that you could use to get your rear steer closer to working. i would sell the stuff cheap. i used to run it on my frt rock but just swithced over to a double ended ram. and just so you know the 10" will work fine with a rockwell, some guys think it will "over steer" the u-joints in the shafts but it was never an issue for me. i used this set up for 5 years with no issues
pm me if interested | |

| 116 is what the CJ is now. Agree that from the pics it looks super long. looking much safer than the last one. | |

you only want the cylinder or everything? i have the high steer arm (cut and welded stock arm, held up great, with tappers for studs) and the ram mount for the cylinder also. if you didn't see that i wrote that above? if i were you i would grab a 10" for the frt and run that 8" on the rear. i removed my steering stops completely in the frt. again this created no issues at all!!! i never broke a u-joint and i am not easy on my tuggy at all!! i will let the ram go for $50, the whole set up for $100 its located in pennsburg,pa | |
