| i want to get some h1 rims re-centered for my next set of tires... i am suppose to get them off a guy i know. just have to make time to get them and come up with the money as well..HE HAS 4 H1 RIMS WITH METAL INSERTS FOR THE DOUBLE BEADLOCK FOR 300.00, I THOUGHT THAT WAS AN O.K PRICE THEN I CAN GET THE TIRES I WANT IT'S ALL GOING TO COME TOGETHER IN TIME..... | |

| he has the after market inserts that were bought, it is just 2 pieces of metal framing that goes in the tire....someone on pirates 4x4 makes them here are a few more pics GOING TO START THE REAR AXLE SOON! | |

| get an average of 40 minutes a day on it......allready have all the plumbing done, the engine is running and front seats are in ALLOT TO DO YET!
EXHAUST REAR SEATS ALL SEAT BELT HARNESSES NEED INSTALLED REAR CONTROL ARMS NEED TO BE MADE REAR AXLE CHUNK TO BE ROTATED 180 DEGREES - REDRILLED AND INSTALLED REAR AXLE HUBS NEED FLIPPED TOP PLATE FOR CHUNK NEEDS TO BE MADE AXLE NEEDS TO BE PUT UNDER BUGGY PROPANE TANKS NEED FASTENED BRAKE LINES RAN NEW WILLWOOD BRAKE PEDAL INSTALLED WITH MASTER CYLINDERS......................done THROTTLE CABLE INSTALLED......................done REAR DRIVESHAFT MADE

| Come on Nester, don't you know that cup holders are VITAL in buggy construction? I have already mastered the art of controlling 2 open bottles & not spilling them AND not falling out of the buggy...despite being bounced around ...but you still need a place for the refill bottle. | |

| the cross bar behind the seat needs to be raised about 6 inches to give more leg room for passengers in the back. it should be even will the harness holes in the seat when is is done | |

| some pics of the process of chunk flipping 180 degrees i cut the old diff cover off and i have easy access of the inside of the chunk....so i took advantage of it i took out all the studs but 4 of them (the 2 end ones on each side) i installed the chunk on the axle then i sprayed some paint into the theaded holes from the inside of the axle the result is this here is a whole top view of where i have to drill the new holes in the chunk now it should be as simple as redrilling the holes properly and re-installing the chunk | |
