| finally got everything together and was able to put it in this week end. I still have to work out the shifters, finish the cross member and redo the rear suspension mounts. here are the pics I clocked it so it was flat got it level with the frame but even with 1in body lift I had to cut the floor alitte (passenger) going to have to redo the seat brackets on the driver side And the crossmember. still need to put brackets on to mount the skid, its kind of crappy because I was rushing. | |

| Hey Matt... Looks good. Can you give us a quick explanation of what you have going on here? I saw the kit you had the other night. Now what side of the 231 and what side of the 300 did you use? Is the little tube so you can se the t-case fluid like you can on the atlas? Did you have to remove your rocker guards?
Oh and I think you have a little mud inside your Jeep.

| I used the front part of np231, which is the part with the gear reduction planetary. Bolted the plate to it then bolted the whole d300 on. I flipped the 231 by egging out the top three holes on the trans. At the bottom of the first pic is my nee. Final crawl ratio is 139 to 1. 4.00x2.72x2.63x4.88=139 Yes the tube is a sight tube, not needed but I thought it would be cool to have. I removed the rocker guards because I am going to fill the gap in the wheel well that was left after stretching the wheelbase. Kind of like the gen-right corners, but cheaper. I will have to remake the longer guards later, unless I go a different route. I also use the metal to make parts of the cross member. By the way that is not rust, it is rusty metal primer that I painted the guards with back in the day. Yeah the mud... It’s been awhile since I cleaned it. It’s getting gross. That is after I vacuumed it. | |

| I got the trans cross member installed, shifters for the 300 installed. finished lower mounts and welded in. here is a crappy cell phone pic of the lower mounts. still have to weld in the upper mounts, put links back on, make a 231 shifter and change up the drive shafts. | |

| got a bunch more finished. should finish up everthing tomorrow except drive shaft and filling the wheel wells. Here is the stick set up. I have to adjust the adjust the 231 stick because it hits the seat. Its not the prettiest thing but it works and you won't be able to see it when I close the floor in cross members mounted, bolts counter sunk and the skid, 1/2" UHMV stretched the rear back, now I am at 103" It looks better with the tire on | |

| My boss's boss was redoing his dash and didn’t have a place to work on it. Plus he needed help. UHMW = Ultra high molecular weight, it is a type plastic that is durable and slick so it will slide over rocks. Its like a cutting board without the texture. | |

Yeah Grason has the upper hand, especially with that sweeet build. Mine is heavy as a tank. I mailed the comp registration yesterday for class 3, it will be fun.

| finally got back to it. sleaved the drive shaft found that the 1.75 DOM I had laying around works perfect. not as pretty as otter's shafts closed in the wheel well. and put in center limit stap. everything is done minus a few odds and ends | |
