I may just go ahead and do that one way and be done with it. Its not like i'm trying to win any type of beauty contest with the jeep.

The pink when you put it against the green jeep looks almost like a dark red, That why i was thinking ill just keep the pink and loose the "I love you man" hearts from rob.

Okay finally got the pics up loaded. Here are a few from the snows that we got a few weeks back. It snowed almost 70" in a week. On average most my loaders and trucks ran non stop around the clock for almost 8 days.

This tree had fallen across the road and had no options but to go under it because i couldn't back up the hill with the loader on the trailer. When i slid under the tree it was so close that i hit my roof and knocked both my mirrors in.

I also plated the frame rail were i cut off the old coil bucket (which was a real PITA) and will tie in the c pillar to the frame.
The Resurection Project - Page 21 P2260059

okay now a few questions
one problem that I'm facing now is that my d pillar is not tied into the frame directly were it conects to the body but off to the side. The tube is welded to a plate that is welded 1/8" floor that is welded to the original floor. The 3 tubes off to the left is what is tied into the frame.

The Resurection Project - Page 21 Problem
So I was looking at a couple of options

The Resurection Project - Page 21 Option1

or adding some more tube around the coilover that goes directly into the frame

I'm finally starting to get most my stuff moved into the shop. I'm hoping to have the lift installed in the next few weeks.

I also got tired of filling all the machines with five gallon cans so i installed a 105 gallon L shaped fuel tank in the back of my truck.

Joe I think what you have now for tubing now is fine. You have the tube going from over top of the coil to the b pillar that will transfer the load to the b pillar and out from there. I think you should be fine from what I see. Maybe just a gusset at the c pillar like in your first pic that would be all. Looks good did you flex it yet?

na, everything is just tacked together at the moment. I'm going to take the coils out and flex it out this week to see what kind of trimming i need to do to the body. I guess for tubing your right and that it really all comes down to how well my c pillar hold up. I'll do a run with it and see if anything begins to tweek. i'm always a little nervous if something is going to hold up or not the first trip out.
