| Looks pretty good guys just a thought you might want to weld the axle tubes the center sections & do the joints on the shocks bind at full flex | |

I did weld the front tubes and will do the rear as well, thanks for the reminder. As far as the shock joints I don't think they bind at full flex. I did center the joint in the tabs before welding so I don't think it will be a problem. now that you brought it up I will be looking closely to find out though.

SWEET! that is awesome! My focus on sat and sun is to get it running. I'm going to put a lot of hours into it this long weekend. Elva is taking Casey to Ocean City so it's just me and Aaron home. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to be able to get a test drive in the weekend of the 17th. Run fuel lines Linkage install for tranny and Transfer case Install radiator, coolant pipes, tranny lines Install brake hard lines and distribution block. Build header back exhaust Install Driveshafts, (1 7//8 or 2 1/8 seal surface for tcase yoke?) Center front axle Plugs and wires and Fill all fluids

Good. Had to make my own flange on one side and welded the tube into place. had just the right pieces to run it out and back and turn down. screw the mufflers. painted them last night and bought some new gaskets. I'll bolt them in and do some hangers tonight

| bill as that one shot of the coil at full bump? it looked like it could compress some more before it bottomed out. if this is the case i would be a little worried about that coil being that close to the tire. Its not letting a whole lot of room for play in that tire. | |

There was about 3/4 inch more compression available there. I'm going to set my bump stops up about 2" in the rear anyway since my driveshaft wont hang that low. i have a 32 degree angle at full droop and the 1350 joints only allow 30. temporary fix.

The only time you have to worry about full droop is when both coils unload. IE if your frame hangs up and your rear axle drops in a hole.

I've been working 14 hour days to get this thing done. bump stops will be set to hit about 1" from full compression since I'm using rubber. On the other end of the spectrum the full droop is greater than what my driveshaft will allows so I'll set the limiting straps to keep the angles within it's limitations. sorry.

NOT COMPLETED: Struggled today trying to get the vehicle started. The starter would engage and barely turn the motor and then it would not disengage from the flywheel and would not start. Its like the starter was not getting full power and may have been getting jammed in the flywheel. we tried cleaning the frame where the grounds were attached with no luck. Tried shimming the starter with no luck. Next I'll try a new neg. battery cable and run it directly.
Oil pan skid Weld rear axle tube to center section Vehicle No Start - need new battery cable to ground Finish ARB wiring and controls Axle winch? Grease Johnny Joints Tighten Link nuts Install winch rope install second fire extinguisher first aid kit mount bell housing cover-needs bolts Paint tub fix trailer vehicle numbers.
